Shipping:
Here at Funko Chica, we ship worldwide using USPS, FedEx, or USPS directly from California & New Jersey locations. Shipments within the US are shipped within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed. All Domestic orders include tracking and are insured up to $50. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update. If for any reason you do not receive an email with your tracking/shipment information please check your Spam folder or send us an email at Support@Funkochica.com
All international orders are shipped via USPS with Global Priority Mail.
Pre-Orders:
All Pre-Orders will be charged in full during checkout at the time the order is submitted to hold your order and confirm payment. On the off chance that you combine in-stock and Pre-Order, your order won’t ship until all items are available. We suggest separating the orders to avoid any delays.
All Pre-orders are dependent upon availability. The item is shipped out as soon as we receive the shipment from the manufacturer. We will not be liable for manufacturer delays.
